    No, customers do not need to download an app to use DimeChime. They simply need to scan the QR code displayed by the business owner and enter their payment information.

    DimeChime accepts payments via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We are currently working with Paypal and soon that would be available too

    Yes, DimeChime is secure to use for transactions. It utilizes secure encryption to protect both the business owner and the customer's payment information.

    For the first payout, it typically takes 3 to 4 days as Stripe performs its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. However, once this is completed, payouts will occur on a daily basis.

    To keep track of your payouts, simply access the Dashboard page where you can view all relevant information pertaining to your earnings.

    As a user, you can effectively showcase your products by utilizing the affiliate links section available in the settings menu. You have the option to add up to five product links, which will be automatically displayed after completing the payment process.

    Additionally, all payments and product links made for your products will be transparently displayed on your profile page, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of your earnings. By using these features, you can effectively market your products and monitor your sales with ease.

    To set up an account with DimeChime, simply click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and follow the prompts to create your profile and link your bank account.

    When you're connecting your bank account using Stripe, it's important to complete the KYC process as thoroughly as possible to ensure the quickest processing time. By providing comprehensive answers to all questions asked during the KYC process, you can help Stripe verify your identity more quickly, which will expedite the setup of your account and allow you to start receiving payouts as soon as possible.

    Account creation is free. You get 100% of the payment if the customer covers the fees. Otherwise, the fee is deducted from the payment. Almost 98% of the time, the customer chooses to cover these fees
